Situation on the ground
A powerful natural disaster has flooded southern Poland. Many are drawing parallels to the devastating floods of 1997. In some towns, residents report that the 2024 flood is even worse. Places like Kłodzko, Nysa, Głuchołazy, Stronie Śląskie, Jelenia Góra, and many others are on everyone’s lips. Unfortunately, the flood wave is continuing to move, threatening more communities. Countless people have lost their life’s work, and those living in flooded areas desperately need our support.
