Female firefighters are driven by passion for the job in Kenya

In Kenya, for 48 million inhabitants, there are only 900 firefighters. A Kenyan firefighter earns just $200 a month but passion drives them to do their job. Women are increasingly willing to join the service, serving both personal goals and their local communities.

Summary of PCPM’s aid programme in South Sudan

More than 8 thousand people have received medical and food aid in the Nutrition Center in Gordhim (South Sudan), supported by PCPM Foundation. Instead, in neighboring Uganda, two specialists were hired to work in health centers that treat hundreds of patients a day. Helping the Sudanese families was possible thanks to the input of Polish donors.
