We want to know what you think about our assistance. You can thank us, share an idea, or report a problem, including a safety concern or misconduct. We take every voice seriously.
What you can tell us
- Thanks – if something works well.
- A suggestion – if you have an idea for how we can do better.
- A complaint – if something is not working as it should or concerns you.
Misconduct and abuse
You can report a situation in which one of our employees, volunteers, or partners:
- behaved inappropriately, including in a sexual manner,
- behaved in a discriminatory way,
- abused trust, their position, or their power,
- demanded money, favors, or other benefits from you in exchange for help.
You can report what you experienced yourself, but also what you saw or know about. We treat such matters with the highest level of confidentiality.
How to contact us
Thanks, suggestions, questions, requests for help, and complaints
- Email: [email protected]
- Many of our programs also provide their own dedicated channels: QR codes, links in email footers, leaflets, hotlines, and suggestion boxes. Look for information about them from PCPM field teams.
Abuse, harm, or misconduct
You are protected
- You can report your case anonymously. We will review every report. However, in that case we will not be able to respond to you or ask for further details.
- In every case, your report is confidential – it will be known only to the people handling it.
- You will not face any negative consequences for reporting. Retaliation is strictly prohibited.
- Submitting a report will not affect the assistance you are receiving from us now, nor any support you may apply for in the future.
What happens next
- We confirm that we have received your report and respond to it.
- Safety-related cases are referred to specialized staff without delay and in full confidence. You will receive confirmation that the procedure has been initiated within a maximum of 7 business days, and usually sooner.
- Once the case is resolved, we will inform you of the outcome.
Form
Below is a questionnaire through which anyone can report a violation, incident, or suspicion related to something they experienced or witnessed.
The contact details of the person making the report will be treated as confidential. The dedicated team receiving the complaint does not include people directly involved in carrying out the Foundation’s activities, and at the initial stage consists only of selected people in the Warsaw office. The report will be processed in accordance with the Foundation’s procedures for handling reports. You can find more information here: Documents on which the PCPM Foundation operates.
Our priority is to ensure the safety of the whistleblower so that their details do not reach the people the complaint concerns, unless they themselves consent to this.
