Fundacja PCPM od początku wojny realizuje projekty pomocy humanitarnej i wspiera osoby dotknięte kryzysem oraz uchodźców z Ukrainy. Fundacja PCPM finansowana przez UNHCR uruchamia zapomogi pieniężne dla uchodźców ukraińskich w Polsce. Początkowo projekt obejmie 3000 rodzin z miasta Lublin. Program zapewni pomoc finansową przez 3 miesiące do czasu objęcia rodzin państwowym systemem ubezpieczeń społecznych.

Ogólna informacja o stanowisku: Rolą operatora telefonicznego będzie odbieranie połączeń i odpowiadanie na pytania i potrzeby oraz kierowanie osób do właściwych usług. Będzie wspierał/a codzienne działania centrum rejestracji.

Zadania i obowiązki: 

  • Przyjmuje wszystkie zapytania i skargi oraz współpracuje z zespołem projektowym, aby zapewnić profesjonalną obsługę.
  • Świadczy usługi z pełną bezstronnością bez względu na rasę, religię, narodowość, poglądy polityczne czy płeć ora zapewnia, że realizowany projekt nie obejmuje żadnych działań mających na celu promowanie określonej wiary lub przekonań religijnych lub politycznych.
  • Wspiera zgłaszających się osób w sposób profesjonalny, zgodnie z kodeksem postępowania PCPM.
  • Zapisuje wszystkie informacje uzyskane podczas rozmów telefonicznych w zorganizowany sposób. Aktualizuje formularze połączeń i wiadomości.
  • Udziela informacji nt. dostępnych usług.
  • Wspiera komunikację i rozwija materiały informacyjne w celu dostarczenia wysokiej jakości pomocy.
  • Raportuje wszystkie działania i przyczynia się do rozwoju mechanizmu skierowań. Kieruje zainteresowane osoby do punktu kontaktowego, gdzie może otrzymać więcej informacji.
  • Zachowuje poufność wszelkich informacji wrażliwych wobec osób publicznych lub stron trzecich z pełną dbałością o ochronę danych.
  • Przygotowywuje i składa okresowe raporty (dzienne, tygodniowe i miesięczne).

Czas pracy: 40 godzin tygodniowo przez okres 4 miesięcy  

 Warunki zatrudnienia: Umowa zlecenie na okres 4 miesięcy z możliwością dalszej współpracy.

Miejsce pracy: Lublin.  Możliwe podróży wewnątrz Polski (np. na spotkania w biurze PCPM lub partnerów w Warszawie).

Wymagania:

  • Studia wyższe
  • 2 lat doświadczenia w dziedzinie pokrewnej
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności komputerowe
  • Silna komunikacja i umiejętności interosobowe
  • Zdolność do pracy pod presją w sytuacjach kryzysowych
  • Dbałość o szczegóły
  • Biegłość w pisanym i mówionym języku polskim, ukraińskim lub rosyjskim. Angielski jest mile widziany.

Position: Call center operator

Number of positions: 1

Description: The PCPM Foundation has been implementing humanitarian aid projects since the beginning of the war and supporting the affected persons by the crisis and refugees from Ukraine who found shelter in Poland. Funded by UNHCR, The Polish Center for International Aid (PCPM) is launching a multi-purpose cash assistance (MPCA) project for Ukrainian refugees in Poland. Initially, the project will involve 3,000 families in the city of Lublin. The program will provide financial aid for 3 months until refugee families are covered by the state social security system.

Job Overview: The Call Center Operator’s role will be to handle all the received calls, providing support to questions and inquiries while ensuring that persons are referred to the services they need. S/he will contribute to the daily operations of the registration center.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Receive all inquiries, questions, and complaint and cooperate with the project team to ensure that they are handled in the most professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide its services with complete impartiality regardless of race, religion, nationality, political opinion, sex, or gender and ensure that the project implemented with PCPM does not include any activities intended to promote a specific religious or political faith or persuasion.
  • Support the inquirer in a professional manner in accordance to PCPM code of conduct.
  • Record all the obtained information through phone calls in an organized manner. Maintain call logs up-to-date, and transfer messages.
  • Provide recommendation on different types of assistance available.
  • Support in improving communications and advocacy materials, while ensuring a high level of follow-up and quality of implementation.
  • Assists the Field Office in reporting all activities and contributes to the development of referral mechanisms. Refer persons of concern to the focal point who can advise and provide more information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information with public or third party and with respect to Data Protection.
  • Provide periodical reports to the line manager (daily, weekly, and monthly).

Working time: 40 hours per week for a period of 4 months

Employment conditions: Contract for a period of 4 months with the possibility of further cooperation.

Place of work: This position is based in Lublin. The position might require travel inside Poland (e.g., for meetings at PCPM office or partners’ office in Warsaw).

Requirements:

  • Secondary studies degree or higher
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Very good computer skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in an emergency context
  • Attentive to details
  • Fluency in written and spoken Polish, Ukrainian or Russian. English is an asset.
